The Fall of Babylon Developer PlatinumGames has revealed that it will be releasing a staggered rollout for the game’s Closed Beta, which launches first for PC this summer.
Japan is first in line for Babylon’s Fall Closed Beta on PC, which kicks off on July 29. This will be followed by North America on August 5 and Europe on August 12, with PS5 and PS4 added as phase two of the rollout at a later date.
Furthermore, Platinum Games has revealed that character data created by players during the closed beta will not be carried over to the final version of Babylon’s Fall, while sharing details and media is prohibited for beta testers.

Babylon’s Fall was originally announced at E3 2018 before the project went completely dark, with Square Enix re-revealing it as a live service game for PS5, PS4, and PC last month.
The game will feature Cross-Play, although it cannot be played offline and PlatinumGames has no plans for PvP elements at this time.
