The game will be released on March 29, 2022 for next-gen consoles and will contain changes to the user interface and control scheme specific to consoles. In addition, the PS5 version comes with DualSense features, such as adaptive triggers based on your character’s stress levels. Pre-orders for the game are currently open on the Playstation Store.

Crusader Kings 3 has been adapted for the next generation of consoles

Make no mistake, this is not your average console port. Originally a PC series, Crusader Kings is known for having a significant number of UI elements and clicking through menus. Normally this would be a big problem for those who play on the controller rather than mouse and keyboard. Fortunately, Lab42’s developers were able to come up with several solutions, such as a modified interface and a new Control Map scheme. This allows players to quickly access menus through joystick movements and bumper presses.

In addition, the DualSense controller reacts to the mental state of your player character. When under stress, the adaptive triggers make it harder for users to push buttons. The controller will also react to the events in the game. In addition, players can also switch between different applications such as YouTube using the Quick Resume feature.
