Crysis Remastered Trilogy will be fully playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S via backwards compatibility, where it will be fully optimized for the new consoles from Sony and Microsoft. Specifically, Crytek confirmed that PS5 users can expect high-resolution textures and dynamic resolution between 1080 and up to 4K/60 FPS.

In addition, Crysis Remastered Trilogy will feature improved lighting and revamped visuals for the characters, weapons and environments. In addition to the digital version of the game, the game will also be available at physical stores.

Crysis Remastered was released in September 2020 for PS4, PC, Switch and Xbox One, although the performance was criticized for not being as great.
