Diablo II: Resurrected Early Access and Open Beta Details Revealed

Diablo II: Resurrected is one of the most anticipated titles for Blizzard’s upcoming batch of releases, and they’ve just released the details on when players can try the game out for themselves with an upcoming Open Beta and Early Access test.

The news came straight from snow storm like they made blog post on their official website detailing everything related to the upcoming playtest and what you need to know.

If you want to be one of the first to try it out, you’ll need to pre-order the game, as the Early Access test is only available to those who pre-ordered, while the open beta will be available to everyone.

The Early Access test will start on August 13 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BT and will last over the weekend, while the open beta will be the following weekend starting August 20 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BT , again the whole length of the weekend.

During the open beta, you can also try out cross-play, and both phases of the test will contain two additional classes for players to try out, and it will run over the course of the game’s first two acts, so as not to spoil the story. There won’t be a level cap though, so you can experiment to your heart’s content when it comes to different builds.
