Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut just got the most recent patch numbered 2.08, and it’s now live for you to download on you PS5 or PS4 to console. Developer Sucker Punch tweeted the news earlier today, outlining the fixes and issues the patch addresses.
“This patch improves loading time for viewing cosmetics in menus on PS5, restores color button prompts, plus several Legends adjustments and additional bug fixes.”

For all the grumbling about the upgrade costs for: Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, which didn’t seem to cut sales too much, because it’s doing really well on sales charts, at least with physical sales.
Unfortunately it is this pattern that tells Sony they can keep these upgrade costs because people will pay them. They’ve gone so far with it Horizon Forbidden West no longer has an upgrade path from PS4 until PS5 as they promised last year, although hopefully this problem will no longer persist and we can stop cross-generational releases.
