Harry Potter: Alan Cumming and his rejection of a role in The Chamber of Secrets

The actor confesses that he did not beat around the bush with the producers when they offered him an audition to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002).

Alan Cumming recently confirmed that he did not mince words when it came to turning down an audition for the role of the teacher Gilderoy Lockhart in the Warner Bros. film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
