Japanese Elden Ring Pre-orders include a replica Spectral Steed Whistle

If you are a fan of Elden Ring and living in Japan you are lucky. With every pre-order of Elden Ring, Japanese online retailer Geo is giving away a scaled replica of the game’s Spectral Steed Whistle as a pre-order bonus. The ring also comes with its own pouch containing the Elden Ring logo.

The ring is a 1:1 scale metal replica of the in-game item. The Spectral Steed Whistle is an important item that the player receives in Elden Ring. Players can use the key item to call the spectral steed Torrent to traverse the map.

Buying the replica flute bundle to scale costs an additional 500 yen (about $5). Buyers can also bundle the ring with other bundles from Elden Ring, including the Collector’s Edition. While the Spectral Steed Whistle is listed as a Geo exclusive, this exclusivity only applies to Japan. In reality, the Spectral Steed Whistle is also available as a North America pre-order bonus GameStop stores. It’s unclear if these two pre-order bonuses are the same model, but they do look pretty similar.

Elden Ring is the long-awaited release of dark souls and bloodborne developer of software. Game of Thrones Series creator George RR Martin helped write the game’s story. Recently, Martin stated that video games are just as big, if not bigger, than movies. Elden Ring will be released on February 25, 2022 for the PS4 and PS5, as well as Xbox consoles and PC.
