Ubisoft has announced it will host a livestream Monday to discuss the future of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Well, not in these exact words, but the company tweeted that there’s more to see in the game than Midgard and we’ll have to tune in Monday, December 13 at 9am PT/12am ET (you can watch the livestream at YouTube).
This announcement came just days after a report emerged that: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is expected to receive two downloadable content, one of which is due out this month and the other is slated for March 2022. The report came from noted insider and trusted leaker Tom Henderson, who learned from his sources that the DLC set for March, adds about 40 hours of gameplay, and it’s a “huge, god of warstyle extension.” It now appears that information about the content has been leaked in advance by Chinese stores, according to Reddit and ResetEra users.
According to a translation on Reddit, the expansion is titled Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok, and it is set in the “beautiful Nine Realms” of Norse mythology, where Eivor will apparently witness the fate of Odin. If this leak is correct, Dawn of Ragnarok will be published on March 10, 2022.
The Reddit Post also includes photos, which we will not share here due to the risk of copyright claims. However, if you don’t care about spoilers and are curious, go there and find out for yourself.
Monday we have official information to share.
