Martha Is Dead To Be Censored On PS4 And PS5, Physical Version Also Delayed

Martha is dead publishing house Wired Productions has revealed that the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game will be censored, while the PC and Xbox editions will remain unchanged.

Furthermore, the publisher confirmed on Twitter that the physical version of Martha Is Dead is being postponed to an unannounced date.

It is with regret that we had to change the experience on the PS5 and PS4 versions, with some elements no longer being playable. After more than four years of passion and hard work, developer LKA now needs extra time to implement these unplanned changes.

Martha Is Dead, as a result, will still launch digitally on Thursday, February 24, 2022 on both PS5 and PS4, but the physical retail release will be delayed to an undisclosed date; although we expect this to be a small number of weeks.

The studio hasn’t given any details on what the cut content is made of, but apparently Sony wasn’t happy with what was included as the PC and Xbox versions aren’t affected.
