Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves Collection comes out next week, and it marks the arrival of Nathan Drake, Elena Fishero, and Victor Sullivan on PS5. We’ve been going on an adventure with these characters for two generations play station consoles now, on the way to a third, and even still we are still learning new things about these games.
specifically: Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. A new report from the website IGN spoke to Bad Dog developers on how one of the franchise’s best chase sequences came together.
The video focuses on the chase scene in Madagascar and delves into the technology behind how they were able to choreograph the entire sequence.
You can watch the video for yourself here:
As amazing as this series is, it’s just one part of a whole series of bombastic, intense moments. It will be great to see how Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: Lost Legacy look and run further PS5 native, and it will be great to see them on pc later this year.
However, it still feels a bit lacking without the first three games to go with it. They are still available to play on PS5 through the PS4 remasters, but Drake’s first three adventures are worth more than their own adventure PS5 and pc gates.
If nothing else, just port Uncharted 2. It’s the best in the franchise anyway.
