Kadokawa games and Clouded Leopard Entertainment have kept their promise to release their mecha strategy RPG, relay, simultaneously worldwide. The companies have announced that the game will be available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on March 24, 2022 in Japan and around the world.
The standard edition costs $60 on both consoles and the digital premium edition costs $75. The latter includes a Season Pass, which will give players bonus content such as “a fully narrated story, additional robots, custom items and gear items that will be available on PlayStation Store after the game’s official release date.” The premium edition also includes: relay‘s soundtrack and a dynamic PS4 theme.
relayThe PS4 version can be upgraded to the PS5 version for free. Your saved data and trophy data will be transferred upon making the switch.
Those who pre-order the digital premium edition when the pre-orders go live on January 25 will get early access three days before launch. When you pre-order a version through PlayStation Store, you get the following:
