Sony Pictures has finally released the first batch of images for the upcoming Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, and offers glimpses of the likes of Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and the terrifying Lisa Trevor in the cinematic reboot of Capcom’s horror franchise.
There are three screenshots in total, one of which shows the characters of Albert Wesker, Chris, Brad Vickers and Jill Valentine as they enter the Spencer Mansion. Another shows an eerie shot of Lisa Trevor, while the last image shows Leon and Chris’ sister Claire in what I assume is the basement of the RPD

IGN has an interview with the film’s director, Johannes Roberts, who had this to say:
They wanted to see the iconic characters and locations and feel like the movie was more in line with the game world, so that’s really why we chose to go in that direction. We worked hand in hand with Capcom on this film to the point where we got blueprints from them for the Spencer Mansion and Raccoon police station designs to mimic them as perfectly as possible.

We even have the exact artwork on the mansion’s walls. Capcom saw it for the first time recently and was so happy and excited.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City launches November 24 in the US and December 3 in the UK.
