Rumor: Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Remaster likely to launch for multiple platforms at once, bundled with CoD 2021

Activity reportedly still working on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign remastered, and according to reliable Twitter account MW2 OG, the game is likely to be bundled with this year’s entry into the multi-million-selling first-person shooter franchise.

In particular, MW2 OG has heard that a contract between ATVI has been broken, meaning the game could launch for multiple platforms at once, likely as a bundle with CoD 2021. It had previously been suggested that the game would be released on PS4 sooner in any other format.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Campaign Remastered follows Activision’s tradition over the past five years of revamping the single-player portion of the Modern Warfare games, although this latest remaster has been officially confirmed.

The original version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was released in 2011 for PS3, PC, and Xbox 360, so it makes sense to release the remaster before the game’s tenth anniversary.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that this year’s Call of Duty will be called Call of Duty: Vanguard and will reportedly take place in World War II.
