Ubisoft Announces Assassin’s Creed Crossover Stories, Available Tomorrow For Free

Assassin’s Creed may have had small beginnings, but it has now grown into an ever-expanding universe. Therefore, the idea of crossover stories between games makes perfect sense.

In addition to announcing a new expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, we also learned about Assassin’s Creed: Crossover Stories. Two free new stories to play, one accessible in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and the others available in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

As you might have guessed, these stories feature the protagonists from both games. While these stories are free for players who own one or both games, you can’t dive right in.

For Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you must make sure you have reached settlement level 4 before you can gain access.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey story only requires you to complete chapter one of the game, but Ubisoft recommends playing the game’s main campaign before diving into this new DLC to avoid spoilers.

This is a very interesting deuteriation from the usual Assassin’s Creed so I hope it’s not only worth the effort, but that they decide to do it more often.

Both storylines will be available tomorrow for all players who meet these guidelines Dec 14, 2021.
