Warhammer Skulls Festival returns on June 1


Announcing Warhammer Skulls, the annual festival of all things Warhammer video games, returning on Wednesday 1st June for 7 days!

To kick off the launch, there will be an Xbox specific Warhammer Skulls Showcase streamed live to the Xbox Twitch and YouTube channels on Wednesday 1st June at 10am PDT / -6pm BST, hosted by none other than Clive Standen, Tito’s voice in the next Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. The showcase will feature world premieres, reveals and announcements from major studios and titles, including Warhammer 40,000: Dark Tide, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Warhammer Vermintide 2plus games for Windows PC and PC Game Pass Total War: Warhammer III Y Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sector.

In addition to the Warhammer Skulls Showcase, the festival will also offer new content and updates to fan-favorite games and feature week-long discounts and promotions on Warhammer video games across the Xbox and Windows online stores.

Skulls will be happening on Xbox in a big way. Along with new content for Vermintide 2 Y battle sector with the new DLC of the Necrons faction, there will be news about Warhammer 40,000: Dark Tide also, that it will arrive on day one with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass and Cloud Gaming. There will also be a Free Play Days takeover celebration over a weekend, with mechanical, Vermintide 2Y Chaosbane all available to try for free over the weekend for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

Like Xbox, the Windows Store is also very interested in heavily discounted Skulls and new releases, including Warhammer 40,000: Lost Crusade release and new content and game updates such as Warhammer: chaos and conquest, Horus Heresy: Legions Y Warhammer combat cards.
